Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Apulia promoted show at Mauro Moffa Gym, Bari,  taking place on 07/12/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Apulia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mariano Caira (16 - 13(1) - 2) who hails from Foggia, Italy and Vico Santon(12 - 7 - 4) from Tarant, Italy.  Both Caira and Santon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mario Losurdo, and the three ringside judges are Mauro Conte, Gianluigi Leonetti and Enzo Zappia.  

Round 1: 

Caira connects with a right hook.  
Caira hits home with a cross.  Caira throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Santon time to recover.  
Caira switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
Santon attempts to land a left hook, but Caira blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
