Dorota Kocan vs Diederick Gentsch

Boxing Daily Report from the CoL Promotions promoted show at LFF Stadium, Vilnius,  taking place on 24/01/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dorota Kocan (24(9) - 2) who hails from Vilnius, Lithuania and Diederick Gentsch(25 - 0) from Heilbronn, Germany.  Both Kocan and Gentsch weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Szczeosny Swiderski, and the three ringside judges are Hainrich Demko, Hainrich Demko and Leszek Kortas.  

Round 1: 

Kocan tries to keep the action at long range.  Gentsch lands a stinging jab.  
Kocan lands a cross.  Kocan throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kocan drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Gentsch manages to force Kocan onto the ropes.  Kocan lands a cross to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gentsch pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Kocan steps away from his opponent and connects with an overhand left.  
Kocan is on target with a solid cross.  
Gentsch throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Kocan lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Gentsch drives a jab into his opponents body.  
Kocan switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Gentsch forces Kocan to retreat into the corner.  Gentsch pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a hard jab.  
Kocan is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Gentsch sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Kocan is looking to keep his distance and connects with a stinging cross.  
Kocan lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Gentsch lands a jab.  
Kocan tries to land a jab, but Gentsch slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kocan advances into close range.  Gentsch pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kocan lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Kocan tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a sharp jab.  
Gentsch connects with a right uppercut.  
Kocan steps inside and EXPLODES a hurtful left hook into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE GENTSCH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kocan tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kocan tries to keep the action at long range.  Gentsch tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a spiteful left hook.  GENTSCH HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Gentsch now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gentsch's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Gentsch throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a mean cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE GENTSCH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  

Kocan steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Gentsch quickly recovers. 
Kocan is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Kocan is on target with a stiff jab.  
Gentsch feints a cross, but Kocan is not fooled and responds with a sharp right uppercut.  
Gentsch manouvers Kocan onto the ropes.  Kocan is on target with a jab.  Kocan tries to land a jab, but Gentsch sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kocan switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Kocan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kocan attempts to land a jab, but Gentsch slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gentsch is on target with a jab.  
Kocan is looking to keep his distance and lands a ramrod jab.  
Kocan hits the target with a hard jab.  
Kocan closes the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Kocan is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kocan steps away from his opponent and lands a spiteful jab.  
Gentsch walks his opponent into a corner.  Kocan lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Kocan lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Kocan drives a sharp left hook into Gentsch's body.

Gentsch cuts off the ring, trapping Kocan on the ropes.  Kocan is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Kocan slams a mean right hook into Gentsch's body.  GENTSCH IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  Gentsch now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Gentsch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Gentsch throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Gentsch's body.  
Kocan switches the action to the outside and hits the target with a hard jab.  
Gentsch lands a jab.  
Kocan connects with a solid overhand left.  
Gentsch hits home with a left hook.  
Kocan steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS GENTSCH DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Kocan!
