Billy Griff vs Spencer Stine

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Ontario promoted show at Toronto Munro, Toronto,  taking place on 21/12/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Ontario Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Billy Griff (5 - 13(2) - 3) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Spencer Stine(23(4) - 14(5) - 1) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Griff and Stine weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Myron, and the three ringside judges are James Biggart, Ethan Craig and Rob Travis.  

Round 1: 

Griff advances into close range.  Stine connects with a left hook.  
Stine steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Griff steps inside.  Stine is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Stine is on target with a left hook.  Stine ties up his opponent.  Stine leans on his opponent using all his weight. Stine pushes his forearm into Griff's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Stine is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Stine lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Stine hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Stine lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Stine lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Griff advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Stine clinches his opponent.  Stine is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Griff uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Stine behind the head. 
Stine lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Stine clinches his opponent.  Stine pushes his forearm into Griff's face.  The referee warns Stine and breaks the clinch.  
Stine cuts off the ring, trapping Griff in the corner.  Stine pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Stine lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Stine steps inside.  Stine pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Griff's ribs.  
Stine sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Stine gets on the inside.  Stine pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Stine lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Stine lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Griff forces Stine to retreat onto the ropes.  Stine is on target with a firm right hook.  
Stine lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Griff's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Griff's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Griff dabs at his face checking for damage.  Griff has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.

Griff advances into close range.  Stine lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Stine lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Stine lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Stine lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Stine lands a left hook.  
Stine lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Stine lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Stine holds on to his opponent.  Stine is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Stine pivots to the side of his opponent.  Griff throws a right hook, but Stine holds on to his opponent.  Stine throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head.

Stine thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Griff away.  Stine lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS GRIFF DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  It looks like Griff has now recovered from that shot earlier.
