Cortez Mare vs Eduardo Magallon

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Arena Coliseo, Mexico City,  taking place on 17/01/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Cortez Mare (10(7) - 0) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Eduardo Magallon(3 - 3(1) - 2) from Nezahualcoyotl, Mexico.  Mare weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Magallon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Herran, and the three ringside judges are Sierra Marcano, Lorenzo Coronado and Diego Arcia.  

Round 1: 

Mare closes the distance and is on target with a sharp right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  Mare ties up his opponent.  Mare is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mare walks Magallon onto the ropes.  Mare lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Magallon throws a right hook, but Mare clinches his opponent.  Mare is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mare to stop fouling.  
Mare lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Mare digs in a right uppercut to Magallon's ribs.  
Mare is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Mare clinches his opponent.  Mare is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Mare lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body, KNOCKING MAGALLON DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.

Mare steps inside.  Magallon throws a left uppercut, but Mare clinches his opponent.  Mare leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mare's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Mare gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Mare lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Magallon almost instantly recovers. 
Mare advances into close range and walks Magallon down, trapping him in a corner.  Mare lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Mare is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Mare slams a big right uppercut into his opponents body.  MAGALLON IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Mare lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body, AND KNOCKS MAGALLON DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Magallon has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
