Mark Sprout vs Sid Couch

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Infinity Insurance Park, Miami,  taking place on 30/12/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Mark Sprout (19(15) - 1) who hails from Thornton, USA and Sid Couch(2 - 5 - 1) from Madison, USA.  Both Sprout and Couch weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Gemmell, and the three ringside judges are Sam Matteson, Charles Griffiths and Mark Briden.  

Round 1: 

Sprout lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Couch advances into close range and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Couch throws a right hook, but Sprout ties up his opponent.  Sprout hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. As they grapple, Couch pushes his forearm into Sprout's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Couch to stop fouling.  
Sprout is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Couch steps inside and manages to force Sprout onto the ropes.  Sprout lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Sprout tries to keep the action at long range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Sprout feints a cross, fooling Couch into throwing a cross counter.  Sprout springs the trap, countering with  a stinging cross.  
Couch gets on the inside.  Sprout lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Sprout holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Sprout pushes his forearm into Couch's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Sprout to stop fouling.  
Sprout switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Couch steps inside.  Sprout lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  Sprout holds on to his opponent.  Couch tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Sprout behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Sprout is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Couch advances into close range.  Sprout lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Couch walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Couch throws a right hook, but Sprout clinches his opponent.  Sprout leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Sprout's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Couch advances into close range.  Sprout lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  Sprout clinches his opponent.
