Vicente Aurelio vs Chris Steven

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at UWF Arena, Las Vegas,  taking place on 01/01/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Aurelio (9(5) - 0) who hails from Portoviejo, Ecuador and Chris Steven(8 - 6 - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both Aurelio and Steven weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Hasson, and the three ringside judges are Alec Rees, Chris Cadwallader and Brad Primrose.  

Round 1: 

Aurelio gets on the inside.  Aurelio pivots to the left of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Steven dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Aurelio closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to Steven's body.  
Steven lands a cross.  
Aurelio is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Aurelio is looking to close the distance and lands two right hook's to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Steven sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Aurelio is on target with a jab.  
Aurelio steps inside.  Aurelio pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Aurelio is on target with a left hook to Steven's ribs.  
Steven throws a left uppercut, but Aurelio holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Aurelio pushes his forearm into Steven's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Aurelio lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Aurelio steps inside and lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Aurelio lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Aurelio clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Aurelio lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Aurelio drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Aurelio drives a right hook into Steven's body.  Aurelio ties up his opponent.  Aurelio is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Steven is looking to keep his distance and attempts to land a jab, but Aurelio slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Aurelio steps inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Steven's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Steven's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Aurelio.  That has caused a minor cut above the right eye.  .

Aurelio feints a left hook, and then finds the target with a stiff jab.

Steven is clearly losing his cool here!   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref halts the action and sends Aurelio to the neutral corner.    He tells Steven to stop fouling or face a points deduction.

Aurelio lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.
