Xiaoping Si vs Dave Jim

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkhwazi Promotions promoted show at Shah Alam Rassi, Shah Alam,  taking place on 29/12/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xiaoping Si (13 - 8(2) - 2) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Dave Jim(5 - 7(1)) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Si and Jim weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ananth Gangwar, and the three ringside judges are Sajid Madani, Danyaal Amer and Saad Mahdi.  

Round 1: 

Jim manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Jim quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Jim throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Jim tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a cross, but Si slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Si's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Si's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
