Fidel Alejandre vs Orlando Penaranda

Boxing Daily Report from the Mugyenyi Promotions promoted show at Jose Ballesteros Gym, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 30/12/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fidel Alejandre (4 - 15 - 4) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Orlando Penaranda(10 - 1) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Both Alejandre and Penaranda weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isidro Morena, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Senor, Santiago Badia and Xeres Sevilla.  

Round 1: 

Alejandre steps to the outside.  Penaranda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Alejandre attempts to land a jab, but Penaranda sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
