Taras Matey vs Mykhaylo Chopp

Boxing Daily Report from the Nsiah Promotions promoted show at Aleksandr Baljakin Gym, Kharkiv,  taking place on 04/01/2037:

Clearly Nsiah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Kharkiv Oblast Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taras Matey (7 - 13 - 6) who hails from Kharkiv, Ukraine and Mykhaylo Chopp(5 - 6 - 4) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Both Matey and Chopp weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boris Khaybulaev, and the three ringside judges are Viktor Burak, Dmytro Kupka and Toma Platko.  

Round 1:

Chopp manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Matey lands a left hook.  
Matey is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Chopp sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Matey is on target with a cross.  
Chopp gets on the inside and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.

As Chopp tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Matey has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
