Boxing Daily Report from the Mphande Promotions promoted show at Tangier Sefrioui, Tangier,  taking place on 30/12/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SNRT, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saad Sarwar (11(6) - 3(1)) who hails from Tangier, Morocco and Rasil Bellaz(22 - 15(3) - 1) from Tangier, Morocco.  Both Sarwar and Bellaz weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sadr-Eddine Melgar, and the three ringside judges are Amrane Azoulay, Saif al Din Melgar and Quds Egal.
