Diego Bermudez vs Joaquin Izquierdo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ondoa Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Tolentino, Montevideo,  taking place on 16/01/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Bermudez (22 - 13(2)) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Joaquin Izquierdo(13 - 14(2)) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Bermudez and Izquierdo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Pecha, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Leiva, Manuel Santos and Ramirez Barquero.
