Oro Varona vs Ivan Escobar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Cortes promoted show at Gimnasio Municipal, San Pedro Sula,  taking place on 15/01/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Honduras Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Todo Deportes TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oro Varona (17(14) - 2 - 1) who hails from Choloma, Honduras and Ivan Escobar(26 - 8(3)) from San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  Both Varona and Escobar weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Iago Feliz, and the three ringside judges are Francisco Millian, Lorenzo Blandon and Hernan Barrantes.
