Merk Van Berchove vs Bamme Mattens

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Flanders promoted show at Ghent Aernouds, Ghent,  taking place on 19/01/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Flanders Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Merk Van Berchove (1 - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Bamme Mattens(20 - 13 - 4) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Van Berchove weighed in at 140 pounds, while Mattens weighed in at 140 pounds And 8 ounces.    As Mattens came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jakob Van Caiseele, and the three ringside judges are Meus Fournyer, Arend Gherstecore and Claudy Ollevyere.
