Baltasar Ponciano vs Roman Ortuno

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Cortes promoted show at Marjun Noguera Gym, San Pedro Sula,  taking place on 23/01/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Honduras-Cortes Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Baltasar Ponciano (12 - 22 - 3) who hails from San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Roman Ortuno(3 - 7) from San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  Both Ponciano and Ortuno weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hernan Barrantes, and the three ringside judges are Rio Cruce, Vicente Mieras and Jose Gago.  

Round 1: 

Ponciano sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Ortuno tries to land a jab, but Ponciano sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Ponciano switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand left.  
Ortuno walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Ortuno sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ponciano dabs at his face checking for damage.

Ponciano steps away from his opponent.  Ponciano quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with an overhand left.
