Obaid Abdoo vs Quaddus Mayombo

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Kampala Kalizibwe, Kampala,  taking place on 24/01/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Obaid Abdoo (23 - 8(5) - 3) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Quaddus Mayombo(17(13) - 3(1)) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Abdoo and Mayombo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kieran Nasasira, and the three ringside judges are Felix Makubuya, Chata Saleh and Faisal Tarar.  

Round 1: 

Abdoo lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Mayombo walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Mayombo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Mayombo senses Abdoo is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Mayombo lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  It looks like Abdoo has now recovered from that shot earlier.
