Azam Lodhi vs Lado Acquah

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Bawuah, Tamale,  taking place on 01/01/2037:

Clearly AI Ghana-Northern Ghana have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Azam Lodhi (14(11) - 2) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Lado Acquah(12 - 11(1) - 5) from Tamale, Ghana.  Lodhi weighed in at 125 pounds and 9 ounces, while Acquah weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Obiajulu Alhassan, and the three ringside judges are Rich Burja, Sam Adabor and Makalo Donkor.  

Round 1: 

Lodhi advances into close range.  Acquah throws a left hook, but Lodhi holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Lodhi pushes his forearm into Acquah's face.  The referee warns Lodhi and breaks the clinch.  
Lodhi lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Lodhi digs in a firm right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  Lodhi ties up his opponent.  Lodhi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lodhi is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Lodhi clinches his opponent.  Lodhi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Lodhi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Lodhi lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Lodhi gets on the inside.  Acquah throws a right hook, but Lodhi ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Lodhi pushes his forearm into Acquah's face.  The ref breaks Lodhi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Lodhi is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Acquah quickly recovers. 
Lodhi walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Lodhi lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Lodhi pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a solid right hook.  
Lodhi drives a firm right hook into his opponents ribs.  Lodhi holds on to his opponent.  Lodhi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Lodhi lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Acquah quickly recovers. 
Lodhi lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Lodhi steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Lodhi manages to force Acquah into the blue corner.  Lodhi lands a right hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Lodhi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Lodhi lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Lodhi ties up his opponent.  Lodhi tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Acquah's kidney. The ref breaks Lodhi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Lodhi lands a left hook.  Lodhi ties up his opponent.  Lodhi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Lodhi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Lodhi hits home with a right hook.  
Lodhi connects with a stinging left hook.  
Acquah tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Acquah's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Acquah's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Acquah's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Lodhi forces Acquah to retreat into the blue corner.  Lodhi lands a solid left hook.  
Acquah pivots to the left of his opponent and attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Lodhi's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Lodhi lands a solid left uppercut.  Lodhi clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lodhi manouvers Acquah into a corner.  Lodhi drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Lodhi drives a right hook into Acquah's body.  
Lodhi lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Lodhi lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Lodhi lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS ACQUAH TO THE CANVAS!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Lodhi!
