Chris Duff vs Bryn Golda

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at UNF Arena, Jacksonville,  taking place on 07/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Duff (8(3) - 0) who hails from Orlando, USA and Bryn Golda(9 - 5(1) - 1) from Chicago, USA.  Both Duff and Golda weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malcolm Porteous, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Headden, Kenzie Calley and Rob Quigg.  

Round 1: 

Golda advances into close range.  Duff lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Duff steps away from his opponent.  Duff feints a left hook, and then lands a jab.  
Duff lands a jab to the head, a jab to the body and a cross to the head.  
Golda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Duff drives a sharp jab into his opponents face.  
Duff lands a jab.  
Duff feints a cross, and then is on target with a jab.  
Duff is on target with a stinging cross.  
Duff finds the target with a jab.  
Golda sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Duff lands with a stiff jab.  
Duff lands a cross.  
Golda gets on the inside.  Duff lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Duff steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Duff lands a stiff jab.  
Duff lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Duff lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Duff steps to the outside.  Duff feints a right, and then lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Duff lands a spiteful jab.  
Golda is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but Duff ties up his opponent.  Duff is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Golda is on target with a left hook.  
Duff steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Duff feints a cross, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Duff lands a straight 1 - 2.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Golda's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Golda's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Golda's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Duff hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Duff lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Golda is looking to close the distance.  Duff drives a stinging left hook into Golda's body.  
Duff steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Golda closes the distance.  Duff digs in a firm right hook to Golda's ribs.  
Duff connects with a right hook.  
Golda gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Duff lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Duff lands two jab's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Duff steps to the outside and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Golda steps inside.  Duff lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Duff dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Duff switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Duff lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Duff lands a cross to his opponents body.  
Duff strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Duff lands a jab.  
Duff feints a cross, and then lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Golda lands a cross.  
Golda attempts to land a jab, but Duff blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Duff is looking to keep his distance and lands a stinging cross.  
Duff lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Golda contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Duff lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Golda recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Golda is on target with a left uppercut.

Golda is looking to close the distance and manouvers Duff onto the ropes.  Duff throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot.  Duff holds on to his opponent.  Duff is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Duff pushes his forearm into Golda's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Duff about fouling.  
Golda attempts to land a left hook, but Duff slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Golda closes the distance.  Duff is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Duff holds on to his opponent.  Duff leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Duff's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Duff lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Golda advances into close range.  Duff pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Golda recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Duff pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Golda's body.  
Duff is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Golda almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Golda is getting frustrated here.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed well below the belt! The ref ignores Duff's protests and signals for the action to continue!  
Golda is starting to lose his temper here.   He swings an uppercut into his opponents groin! The ref takes no action over the foul, despite complaints from Duff.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Golda's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Duff tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  
Golda advances into close range.  Duff pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Duff lands a jab.  
Duff is looking to keep his distance.  Golda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Duff lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Golda advances into close range.  Duff quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Duff dabs at his face checking for damage.  Golda recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Duff tries to step out of his opponents range.  Duff feints a cross, and then lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  He continues the combination and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Duff tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stinging cross.  
Golda walks Duff down, trapping him on the ropes.  Duff lands a sharp right hook.  
Duff tries to step out of his opponents range.  Duff feints a cross, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Duff feints a right, and then lands a big cross.  GOLDA IS HURT!  
Duff senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Golda and just needs the right shot.  Duff lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a cross to the head, AND DOWN GOES GOLDA!  He manages to get up at 6.  It looks like Golda has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Golda advances into close range and throws a left uppercut, but Duff holds on to his opponent.  Duff tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Golda's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Duff.  
Duff lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Golda advances into close range.  You can sense Golda is getting frustrated in there.   He advances forward with head down and it catches Duff in the face!  The ref halts the action and sends Duff to the neutral corner.    He warns Golda that he is heading for a point deduction.  
Duff finds the target with a solid jab.  
Duff is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Duff is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2, AND KNOCKS GOLDA DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Duff!
