Obafemi Kelani vs Julius Ekaette

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayeh Promotions promoted show at Zaria Farah, Zaria,  taking place on 01/02/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obafemi Kelani (17 - 4 - 2) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Julius Ekaette(5 - 9(1)) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Both Kelani and Ekaette weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rabiu Ekpoki, and the three ringside judges are Etebo Okpara, James Ezenwaka and Brown Dokiwari.  

Round 1: 

Kelani advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Ekaette sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kelani lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.
