Steyn Kaelber vs Broderick Birth

Boxing Daily Report from the BoxHaus AG promoted show at Basel Meininger, Basel,  taking place on 05/02/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Switzerland-East Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Steyn Kaelber (12 - 6(2) - 1) who hails from Winterthur, Switzerland and Broderick Birth(3 - 15 - 1) from Basel, Switzerland.  Both Kaelber and Birth weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luduvico Amend, and the three ringside judges are Brendis Horn, Ricker Kroeger and Wallache Graf.  

Round 1: 

Birth switches the action to the outside.  Kaelber lands a cross.  
Kaelber is looking to close the distance and drives a left hook into Birth's body.

Kaelber walks Birth down, trapping him in the corner.  Kaelber lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Kaelber holds on to his opponent.  Kaelber leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Birth throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Kaelber time to recover.  
Kaelber tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kaelber lands a sharp right hook.  
Kaelber closes the distance and is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Kaelber advances into close range and connects with a left hook.
