John Newburn vs Ashley Penrose

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Colorado promoted show at Thornton Wason, Thornton,  taking place on 06/02/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Colorado Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Newburn (17 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Centennial, USA and Ashley Penrose(8 - 18 - 3) from Lakewood, USA.  Both Newburn and Penrose weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Polson, and the three ringside judges are Corey Satter, Ben Paton and Mark Polson.  

Round 1: 

Penrose gets on the inside.  Penrose pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.
