Nazaire Romand vs Luc Belizaire

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Centre Sportif Empire, Quebec City,  taking place on 04/02/2037:

Clearly GAT Management have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Nazaire Romand (8(2) - 0) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and Luc Belizaire(9 - 16(1) - 5) from Montreal, Canada.  Romand weighed in at 112 pounds, while Belizaire weighed in at 111 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gerard Segalen, and the three ringside judges are Louis Gillespie, Tujan Racine and Ferrand Pradon.
