Khalid Akhter vs Jasper Jan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Johor Bahru Hashemi, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 11/02/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Khalid Akhter (11(6) - 2) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Jasper Jan(19 - 6 - 1) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Both Akhter and Jan weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Najjar, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Shariff, Haaris Gaber and Jun Shyu.
