Qadir Dilbazi vs Oqtay Rehmann

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Lazim Ramazanov Gym, Sumqayit,  taking place on 14/02/2037:

Clearly Njoroge Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Qadir Dilbazi (7 - 12(1) - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Oqtay Rehmann(6 - 27(1) - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Dilbazi weighed in at 249 pounds and 8 ounces, while Rehmann weighed in at 239 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Huseinqulu Ismailov, and the three ringside judges are Qudrat Faradjev, Hafiz Allahverdiev and Vahid Jamal.
