Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Heilongjiang promoted show at Harbin Sia, Harbin,  taking place on 15/02/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Heilongjiang Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Woo Siaw (11 - 1(1) - 2) who hails from Daqing, China and Manchu Loh(7 - 0) from Harbin, China.  Siaw weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces, while Loh weighed in at 130 pounds.
