Diego Bernardez vs Diego Pompa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at Gimnasio Turrialba 96, San Jose,  taking place on 16/02/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Central American Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Bernardez (32(29) - 6(5)) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Diego Pompa(27(2) - 10(4) - 2) from San Miguelito, Panama.  Both Bernardez and Pompa weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraco Dario, and the three ringside judges are Esteban Macario, Oihane Clavijo and Krzysztof Boguslawski.
