Cruz Almodovar vs Santiago Banales

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Distrito Capital promoted show at Bogota Guerrero, Bogota,  taking place on 18/02/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cruz Almodovar (26(9) - 3(2)) who hails from Barranquilla, Colombia and Santiago Banales(16 - 6(3) - 1) from Bogota, Colombia.  Almodovar weighed in at 104 pounds and 5 ounces, while Banales weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Barabas, and the three ringside judges are Edmundo Segundo, Nasario Macera and Venacio Zayas.
