Otakar Rychlik vs Ivo Cerny

Boxing Daily Report from the GBWH Promotions promoted show at AXA Aréna NTC, Bratislava,  taking place on 21/03/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Slovakia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Arena Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are The Otter Otakar Rychlik (16(10) - 5(3)) who hails from Bratislava, Slovakia and Ivo Cerny(27(11) - 12(7)) from Bratislava, Slovakia.  Both Rychlik and Cerny weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chrestien Signate, and the three ringside judges are Odo Boffrand, Chrestien Signate and Giles Gadio.
