Lakva Arkhan vs Jin Kou

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Inner Mongolia promoted show at Ho Han Gym, Chifeng,  taking place on 19/02/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Inner Mongolia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lakva Arkhan (6 - 4 - 2) who hails from Baotou, China and Jin Kou(11 - 4 - 1) from Chifeng, China.  Arkhan weighed in at 121 pounds and 8 ounces, while Kou weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bushr Amasanj, and the three ringside judges are Thamir Sim, Abbudin Ona and Thamir Sim.
