Boswell Yang vs Alain Belizaire

Boxing Daily Report from the Money Promotion promoted show at Yaoundé Multipurpose Sports Complex, Yaoundé,  taking place on 13/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Cameroon Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal 2 Cameroon, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Boswell Yang (14(8) - 0) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Alain Belizaire(20 - 5 - 2) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Yang and Belizaire weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adalard Njanke, and the three ringside judges are Sezni Ipoua, Paris Bong and Tujan Dolassem.  

Round 1: 

Yang lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a jab to the body.  
Yang is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Belizaire is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Yang clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Yang pushes his forearm into Belizaire's face.  The referee warns Yang and breaks the clinch.  
Yang leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Belizaire attempts to land a cross, but Yang sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Yang lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Yang clinches his opponent.  Yang is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Yang throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Yang holds on to his opponent.  Yang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Belizaire pivots from in front of his opponent.  Yang lands a stinging left hook.  Yang holds on to his opponent.  Yang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Yang hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Yang advances into close range and hits home with a solid right hook.  
Yang closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Yang ties up his opponent.  Belizaire leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Yang closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Belizaire quickly recovers. 
Yang steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Yang is on target with a firm right hook to Belizaire's body.

Yang closes the distance and is on target with a solid left hook to Belizaire's ribs.  
Yang is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS BELIZAIRE!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  Belizaire almost instantly recovers. 
Belizaire is on target with a cross.  
Yang advances into close range.  Belizaire throws a left hook, but Yang ties up his opponent.  Yang is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Yang uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Belizaire's kidney. The referee warns Yang and breaks the clinch.  
Belizaire sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Yang lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Yang stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Yang connects with a spiteful cross.  BELIZAIRE IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Belizaire now seems to have his senses back.  
Yang advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Yang closes the distance and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Belizaire sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Yang lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Yang lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Yang hits home with a left uppercut.  
Yang steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Yang lands with a ramrod jab.  
Belizaire switches the action to the outside.  Yang lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Belizaire's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
