Andrii Podzinsh vs Ollie Matherson

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 31/01/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Andrii Podzinsh (1(1) - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Ollie Matherson(18 - 21(2) - 2) from Brampton, Canada.  Both Podzinsh and Matherson weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aaron Henry, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Kopa, Granger Hinault and Michael Oliver.  

Round 1: 

Podzinsh lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Podzinsh lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Podzinsh is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Podzinsh steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Matherson lands a right hook.  
Podzinsh tries to step out of his opponents range.  Podzinsh feints a left hook, but Matherson is not fooled and responds with a right uppercut.  
Podzinsh strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Podzinsh connects with a firm overhand left.  
Matherson closes the distance.  Podzinsh pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Podzinsh is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Podzinsh sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Podzinsh is on target with a powerful left uppercut to his opponents body.  MATHERSON HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Matherson now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Podzinsh lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Matherson almost instantly recovers. 
Matherson gets on the inside.  Podzinsh drives a right hook into Matherson's body.  
Podzinsh drives a solid left uppercut into Matherson's ribs.  
Podzinsh switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a solid jab.  
Matherson gets on the inside and manouvers Podzinsh onto the ropes.  Podzinsh is on target with a right hook to Matherson's body.  Podzinsh clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Podzinsh pushes his forearm into Matherson's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Podzinsh about fouling.  
Podzinsh drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Podzinsh is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Podzinsh stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Matherson throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Podzinsh lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Podzinsh is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Podzinsh steps away from his opponent and lands with a stinging jab.
