Hajime Matsushita vs Kyo Ohashi

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at Mikio Hirai Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 23/02/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hajime Matsushita (2 - 16 - 6) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Kyo Ohashi(10(6) - 1) from Kyoto, Japan.  Matsushita weighed in at 134 pounds And 13 ounces, while Ohashi weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Imada, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Tominaga, Takeo Imada and Taro Matsuoka.  

Round 1: 

Ohashi advances into close range and connects with a left hook.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Matsushita.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
