Fausto Babasa vs Paul Alvaro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur promoted show at Dillon Manglona Gym, Zamboanga City,  taking place on 01/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fausto Babasa (4 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from Zamboanga City, Philippines and Paul Alvaro(2 - 1) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  Both Babasa and Alvaro weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kai Dimacuha, and the three ringside judges are Tajo Manguino, Paco Pinto and Angel Pakingan.  

Round 1: 

Alvaro throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Babasa time to recover.
