Vicente Cala vs Jair Almodovar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Carolina Rodriguez, Carolina,  taking place on 02/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Carolina Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Cala (13 - 9 - 3) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Jair Almodovar(7 - 8 - 1) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Cala weighed in at 115 pounds And 8 ounces, while Almodovar weighed in at 114 pounds And 13 ounces.    As Cala came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jose Canto, and the three ringside judges are Gonzalo Perron, Edmundo Zayas and Edmundo Zayas.
