Kenzie Ropata vs Maro Kaneri

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Waikato promoted show at Hamilton Geddings, Hamilton,  taking place on 01/03/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Waikato Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenzie Ropata (16 - 10(5) - 1) who hails from Hamilton, New Zealand and Maro Kaneri(6 - 1) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  Both Ropata and Kaneri weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Gowens, and the three ringside judges are Sam Shirah, Eti Manihera and Michael Pareraukawa.
