Dave Davies vs Kris Egerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Borko Jakovljevic Gym, Durham,  taking place on 04/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Davies (16 - 22(3) - 2) who hails from Durham, USA and Kris Egerton(25 - 21(8)) from Charlotte, USA.  Davies weighed in at 147 pounds, while Egerton weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Egerton came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Chris Farm, and the three ringside judges are Mark Baxa, Dan Creelman and Paul Gath.
