Joshua Trevor vs Dom Hayden

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 07/03/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia-Queensland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joshua Trevor (10(3) - 2) who hails from Cairns, Australia and Dom Hayden(9 - 5(1)) from Brisbane, Australia.  Trevor weighed in at 135 pounds, while Hayden weighed in at 134 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Cacciari, and the three ringside judges are Seth Urbano, Stuart Gowan and Joel Glines.  

Round 1: 

Trevor is on target with a sharp right hook to Hayden's body.  
Trevor closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Trevor pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a firm left hook.  
Trevor pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Trevor is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Hayden is looking to keep his distance.  Trevor quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.  
Trevor gets on the inside.  Trevor lands a solid right uppercut.  As Hayden tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Trevor.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Trevor gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Trevor lands a firm left hook.  Trevor ties up his opponent.  Trevor pushes his forearm into Hayden's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Trevor connects with a solid right hook.  
Hayden throws a right uppercut, but Trevor holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Hayden pushes his forearm into Trevor's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Trevor gets on the inside and lands a sharp right hook.  
Trevor closes the distance and lands a solid left uppercut.  
Hayden drives a cross into Trevor's body.  
Trevor is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  Trevor holds on to his opponent.  Trevor uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Hayden's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Trevor drives a left hook into Hayden's body.  
Trevor lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  Trevor clinches his opponent.  Trevor pushes his forearm into Hayden's face.  The ref breaks Trevor's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Trevor lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Trevor connects with a right hook.  
Trevor lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Hayden tries to land a cross, but Trevor slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Hayden is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Trevor lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
