Jax Molinar vs Dillon McCord

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Edwards Hall, Miami,  taking place on 11/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Molinar (11(9) - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Dillon McCord(26(2) - 3) from Memphis, USA.  Both Molinar and McCord weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cody Bremner, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Vara, Juan Molina and Chris Villalta.  

Round 1: 

McCord throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right hook to McCord's ribcage.  
Molinar snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Molinar tries to keep the action at long range.  McCord attempts to land an overhand left, but Molinar blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
McCord strikes his opponents body with a jab.  McCord attempts to land a cross, but Molinar blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Molinar throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Molinar tries to keep the action at long range.  Molinar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
McCord attempts to land a jab, but Molinar sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Molinar tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land an overhand right, but McCord sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
McCord forces Molinar to back into the ropes.  Molinar lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  McCord almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Molinar is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McCord's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  McCord's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
