Steven Whittet vs Wu-pen Ching

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 11/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Steven Whittet (16(10) - 0) who hails from Hamilton, Canada and Wu-pen Ching(11(5) - 5(5) - 1) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Whittet weighed in at 125 pounds And 14 ounces, while Ching weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Aitken, and the three ringside judges are Gower Paille, Paris Clarin and Germain Baute.
