David Morris vs Michael Cowden

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia Boxing Federation promoted show at Kenzie Vratzyan Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 18/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Morris (18 - 22(2) - 2) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Michael Cowden(9(1) - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Morris weighed in at 154 pounds, while Cowden weighed in at 153 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bart Martis, and the three ringside judges are Gethin Mitchell, Leighton McPherson and Brendan Stronach.  

Round 1: 

Morris is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Cowden throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
