Atif Alekperzade vs Tariq Gaber

Boxing Daily Report from the Feruka Promotions promoted show at Tabriz Ibragimbekov, Tabriz,  taking place on 25/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Atif Alekperzade (4 - 6) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Tariq Gaber(10 - 8(1) - 2) from Tabriz, Iran.  Both Alekperzade and Gaber weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Haider, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Rassi, Mohsin Sesay and Shayan Sharif.  

Round 1: 

Alekperzade pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gaber connects with a cross.  
Gaber advances into close range and lands a right hook.  
Alekperzade throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gaber steps inside and digs in a left hook to Alekperzade's body.

Gaber gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gaber dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gaber pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gaber gets on the inside.  Alekperzade is on target with a left uppercut.  
Alekperzade steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Alekperzade switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Gaber is looking to close the distance and forces Alekperzade to back into the ropes.  Gaber pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.
