Xabat Arce vs Nick Cumbie

Boxing Daily Report from the MCK MARBELLA promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 14/03/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBC International Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xabat X-Ray Arce (37(26) - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Terrassa, Spain and Nick Cumbie(28(23) - 12(9) - 1 - 1(NC)) from Columbia, USA.  Arce weighed in at 118 pounds, while Cumbie weighed in at 119 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Healy, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy MacEwan, Nathan Fitzgerald and Will Nolan.  

Round 1: 

Arce lands a spiteful jab.  Arce attempts to land a jab, but Cumbie slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Arce steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Cumbie recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Arce is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a firm cross.  Arce throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cumbie closes the distance and walks Arce down, trapping him in the red corner.  Cumbie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Cumbie pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Cumbie steps inside.  Arce digs in a left hook to Cumbie's ribs.  
Arce is on target with a stinging jab to Cumbie's body.  
Cumbie is looking to close the distance and walks Arce down, trapping him on the ropes.  Arce lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cumbie drives a left hook into Arce's liver.  
Arce steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Cumbie closes the distance.  Arce sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Arce is on target with a mean cross.  CUMBIE IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Cumbie walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Arce lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS CUMBIE TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  Cumbie now seems to have his senses back.  
Arce attempts to land a left hook, but Cumbie blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Arce lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Arce is looking to keep his distance.  Cumbie could be stopped here, if Arce can find the right shot!  Arce lands a mean left uppercut.  CUMBIE HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Cumbie now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Arce lands a cross, jab and an overhand left to his opponents head, AND SENDS CUMBIE TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Arce!
