Rico Ortega vs Cris Candela

Boxing Daily Report from the Raisian Promotions promoted show at Ximen Fuentes Gym, Mexicali,  taking place on 29/03/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Ortega (7 - 12 - 1) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Cris Candela(5 - 8 - 1) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Ortega weighed in at 168 pounds, while Candela weighed in at 167 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sagaz Moya, and the three ringside judges are Guillermo Urbano, Nicandro Delgadillo and Alejandro Belles.

Ortega advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.
