Davie Charles vs Mike Whitson

Boxing Daily Report from the Kessels Promotions promoted show at Shreveport Bateson, Shreveport,  taking place on 06/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Louisiana Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davie Charles (24 - 4(1)) who hails from Baton Rouge, USA and Mike Whitson(4 - 1) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Charles and Whitson weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leo Larbaud, and the three ringside judges are Ian de Vigny, Patrick Parro and Kian Hason.  

Round 1: 

Charles hits home with a sharp jab.
