Shayan El-Sayed vs Robert Moffett

Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at Glasgow McAlpine, Glasgow,  taking place on 11/04/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Scotland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shayan El-Sayed (10(5) - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Robert Moffett(4 - 4(1) - 2) from Glasgow, UK.  El-Sayed weighed in at 126 pounds, while Moffett weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Martin MacBeth, and the three ringside judges are Gordon Loch, Abdul Arif and Bruce McBeth.  

Round 1: 

El-Sayed advances into close range and digs in a right uppercut to Moffett's ribcage.  
Moffett closes the distance.  El-Sayed sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.

El-Sayed steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Moffett advances into close range.  El-Sayed is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Moffett throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
El-Sayed manages to force Moffett into the corner.  El-Sayed is on target with a firm right hook.  
El-Sayed connects with a sharp left hook.  
El-Sayed lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Moffett dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Moffett.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
El-Sayed lands a straight 1 - 2.
