Louis Mancia vs Neil Riggins

Boxing Daily Report from the Fanoosyan Promotions promoted show at Seattle Boak, Seattle,  taking place on 08/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Washington Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Louis Mancia (7 - 11 - 4) who hails from Seattle, USA and Neil Riggins(21(1) - 4(1)) from Tacoma, USA.  Mancia weighed in at 168 pounds, while Riggins weighed in at 168 pounds And 9 ounces.    As Riggins came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jay Aries, and the three ringside judges are Declan Osmond, Oliver Hines and Dave Giono.
