Gabriel Canez vs Emilio Joaquin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Jax Lusco Gym, Tlalnepantla,  taking place on 10/04/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gabriel Canez (8 - 12 - 3) who hails from Nezahualcoyotl, Mexico and Emilio Joaquin(10 - 14(1) - 2) from Chimalhuacan, Mexico.  Canez weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while Joaquin weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Blasco, and the three ringside judges are Dario Montes, Xalvador Salamanca and Carlos Mazariegos.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Joaquin.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
