Gervasio Manrique vs Jose Cato

Boxing Daily Report from the Boomer Promotions promoted show at Havana Nocito, Havana,  taking place on 20/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gervasio Manrique (11 - 10 - 2) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Jose Cato(20 - 1) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Manrique and Cato weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montel Palencia, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Carrasco, Alejandro Maria and Leonardo Allende.  

Round 1:
