Aki Okazaki vs Ichiro Tanabe

Boxing Daily Report from the Paintsil Promotions promoted show at Iwao Takashima Gym, Matsudo,  taking place on 25/04/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aki Okazaki (2 - 5 - 2) who hails from Ichikawa, Japan and Ichiro Tanabe(3 - 3 - 1) from Ichikawa, Japan.  Both Okazaki and Tanabe weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akira Kamei, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Tobe, Ichiro Yamada and Fumio Yanagi.  

Round 1: 

Okazaki steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tanabe pivots to the right of his opponent.  Okazaki connects with a left hook.  
Okazaki advances into close range and forces Tanabe to retreat into the corner.  Okazaki digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Tanabe is on target with a left hook.  
Okazaki lands a cross.  
Okazaki goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Tanabe time to recover.  
Okazaki is on target with a jab.  
Okazaki throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Okazaki steps inside.  Tanabe hits home with a left hook.  
Tanabe sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Tanabe lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Tanabe pivots from in front of his opponent.  Okazaki lands a jab.  
Okazaki closes the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Tanabe parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Okazaki's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Tanabe's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
