Judo Penneit vs Lode Kluskens

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Brabant promoted show at Breda Van Cotheem, Breda,  taking place on 27/04/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Netherlands-North Brabant Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Judo Penneit (24(2) - 2(1)) who hails from Breda, Netherlands and Lode Kluskens(9 - 7 - 4) from Eindhoven, Netherlands.  Penneit weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kluskens weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Toby Bake, and the three ringside judges are Gillam Agast, Goeye Palynex and Ferdinand Van de Keere.

The ref halts the action and sends Penneit to the neutral corner.    He tells Kluskens to clean up his game.  The ref's patience seems to be wearing thin.
