Zuffur Farid vs Leeroy Poon

Boxing Daily Report from the Chiona Promotions promoted show at Amer Asmar Gym, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 29/04/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Federal Territory Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zuffur Farid (5 - 7 - 4) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Leeroy Poon(6 - 8(4) - 2) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Farid and Poon weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tariq Ahmed, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Sinai, Jawad Baten and Amjad Hamdan.  

Round 1: 

Farid is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Poon drives a left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Poon tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Farid sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
